Dan has over a decade of leadership in the language industry, alongside nearly 25 years’ experience providing tech-driven localisation to global sporting organisations.

Dan has held Managing Director roles at two of the UK's top translation companies, with successes including the winning of a Queen's Award for Enterprise for one and being named the "UK's Fastest Growing Translation Company" at the other.

Born into a sports mad family, Dan was a Portsmouth FC supporter before he could walk and can still be found at Fratton Park most Saturdays. His love for sport includes attending global championships as diverse as water polo, rhythmic gymnastics and ice hockey, but his main obsession remains track and field athletics, where he is a regular at major champs.

Alongside his passion for sport, Dan has been a champion of language services in the UK, having sat as the Chair of Eulogia, the European Alliance of Translation Agencies and Vice Chair of the Association of Translation Companies in the UK and is a regular public speaker and guest lecturer on translation at university level.
